Just Breathe
There’s a chalkboard hanging in my kitchen. I use it to write little inspirational notes, or a happy birthday wish to my husband or kiddos. Currently I have the word, “Breathe”, written on it. Most times I walk on by, not even noticing it in my busy haze. BUT there are times when I do notice it, and it is in those times that that simple word gives me so much direction. It is such a healthy reminder to stop and breathe. Focusing on the quality and length of the breath is essential.
So, today I want to remind everyone to just Breathe. Take in those beautiful, rich breaths and allow them to flow throughout your entire being, creating a sense of calm and peace. Breathe my friends. It makes all the difference.
