*Mindful Movement Sessions (MMS) center on the mind-body connection, harnessing our unique bodies to achieve transformative results. These sessions feature yoga, Pilates, barre, and body-weight movements, with a strong emphasis on breath and intentionality. Mindful Movement Sessions are for everyone. There is always a place to begin and always a place to work towards. Expect to lengthen, sculpt, and strengthen, all while cultivating the ideal balance between mobility and stability. You'll leave feeling balanced, strong, and at ease throughout your entire being.

Begin to replace judgement with mindfulness, being aware of what you are doing as you are doing it. When things become challenging, don’t get discouraged. Remember that wellness, just like life, is a journey. There’s an ebb and flow to it. It’s not going to be easy… it’s not supposed to be. Most things in life worth fighting for are a challenge.
