*Mindful Movement Sessions (MMS) center on the mind-body connection, harnessing our unique bodies to achieve transformative results. These sessions feature yoga, Pilates, barre, and body-weight movements, with a strong emphasis on breath and intentionality. Expect to lengthen, sculpt, and strengthen, all while cultivating the ideal balance between mobility and stability. You'll leave feeling balanced, strong, and at ease throughout your entire being.
