Keep Calm

Happy Spring Break!

It’s a time of flowers blooming, temperatures beginning to warm up, and kids running amok! I stay at home with my kiddos, so the running amok is something I’m pretty much accustomed to. I surely haven’t mastered dealing with it and am not immune to it stressing me out, but it is a daily part of life. But it can feel like an overwhelming sense of shock to go from being a working mom, to suddenly having your littles running circles around you.

Don’t get discouraged or disheartened! Remember we are in this life together! Join me this week with some daily yoga sessions with your kiddos. Embrace the chaos and find some peace no matter what is going on around you. You can do this!
